Seat (agent) billing policy
Each plan includes a baseline number of seats. Activating an agent above that count triggers an immediate prorated charge for the remainder of the cycle. Even if you deactivate an agent, the seat is billed through the end of that cycle ("once activated = billed through cycle end"). Reductions take effect from the next cycle.

- Basic — 3 agents included, US$8/seat/mo for additional seats, up to 5 per project.
- Premium — 5 agents included, US$15/seat/mo for additional seats, unlimited.
- Enterprise — custom seat policies plus SSO / SLA / dedicated support.

Yes. Annual billing is charged once a year at 20% off the monthly rate (processed via Stripe).

Can I try the product for free?
